Honestly, I'm not surprised. UK radios aren't playing the song due to the stigma Britney has with her music receiving such horrible airplay in the UK lately. Even with will.i.am attached, they aren't going to just jump on it, just like US radios not jumping on Scream & Shout from the get go even though they love when Britney does electronic pop / dance music.
UK airplay will increase if the song proves to be a big digital seller and debuts high on the Official UK Charts once released next week, just like US airplay only now starting to explode thanks to the songs Hot 100 debut.
