Applause is doing decently, just not great. It's polarizing with the verses so wishy-washy updates are to be expected until at least the end of the first month.

The thing is that applause suddenly got 3 spins from 12:00 am till 3:57 am something that never happened on this radio station before with this song.... That led me into a conclusion that it went on power rotation but I was wrong. Now it only has 4 spins for today (still early but not on power rotation for sure). I remember that, you posted here. People were worried about Molly's updates when she was like at 40M and getting +20-40 spins per day on Pop. You said it was a normal and you wouldn't been surprised if WCS tops Pop Airplay

As you can see, about 3 weeks into it's run, "Suit & Tie" started getting a negative update, then a very positive update, negative, then postive, and so on for a while. Hopefully, this is something that happens to "Applause", and it'll get a really good update tomorrow, but it's important to note that "Suit & Tie" was a crossover hit, while Gaga only really has Pop and sorta has Hot AC.

I can see that tbh. Katy will probably peak around 185-205M on Mediabase. If Robin keeps decreasing like he has been the past few days, and Katy keeps increasing about the same she'll pass him prior to her peak, giving her that #1.

I can't at 14 of the songs in the top 20 having a negative up... And of the 6 that had a positive update, 3 of them were below a +.5M
