They say **** in it a few times and there is a small sex scene in it, but it's nothing graphic. No boobies really shown. It's just monkey people...
There is a lot of action and scary moments in it. Not too much blood, but make sure you know who is tagging along.

I also have another question how does nickelodeon feel about the name they choose for this movie because when I first heard about it I thought it was the TV show

To like this movie, you have to follow the plot, so if they aren't capable of understanding such a thing, don't.

According to the IMax page, the tickets are pretty much sold out again for this weekend.
I will say this movie will bring in around 150-200 this weekend, bringing in a total of 1.6 to 1.7 billion total!
By next weekend, it should be the most profitable film of all time

20th Century Fox bought the rights to the name AVATAR and paid Avatar: The Last Airbender to change its name to The Last Airbender.
