It's not too late. With Motivation by Kelly Rowland last year, they kept essentially "re-releasing" the song by sending different remixes to urban radio every few months. Madonna could do that.
I think the original is better, but the LMFAO remix is much more chart-friendly, so could be huge if they promote it on radio at least.
If Adele releases another single, I think it has to be Turning Tables. She released Rumour Has It in a lot of other countries already, and it flopped pretty much everywhere.
