Yeah I'm impressed with Haylie already getting back into filming a movie!
I think there defo is more than what we know/read/heard that demotivates Hilary to tour. I mean her website is down too for eons. And I think that its new layout won't top the folk/BIBO era ones.
Hilary if you're reading this pls know we fans love you and that we all appreciate the work you do. So please appreciate us too? Just perform at like 3/4 concerts so we can hear the BIBO tracks live

Have ya'll seen her Snapchat? She literally just shops around and hangs out with her GF's 
Her music career was going to bring her back since her acting career is not doing well. She has the potential to be a huge musical artist but she does not care at ALL about it. She does it because she is rich and she can. Younger doesn't take that much time, so she can promote or something. Also, she isn't the main character, so stop talking as if she as the lead or something.

I think literally EVERYONE in this base is disappointed in her for not following through with the tour, so that's not a very good example, sis. I've specifically said that she's fickle and that's frustrating. I just don't see a need to twist her words (Yasin) or bash her (You said that you hated her, that she's not a good actress, can't sing live, etc.)

Baby she says she doesn't care about the charts because she was the biggest flop of a "main Disney/girl pop star" of 2015. I remember her screaming that she reached #1 on iTunes, TRUST ME, SHE CARES. IF she promoted SPARKS HARD and slayed the charts, she would have a different perspective on things. She didn't even had a hit single, it frustrates me because SPARKS had SO much potential! She is literally doing nothing. No movies hitting the cinemas, no more music videos, no tours, NADA. Younger? That does noT cut it AT ALL.
Her career CAN'T be based about Fashion Event appearances.... She needs to do something because she is falling into irrelevancy fast and hard.

Of course she cares. Who wouldn't be happy if their album went #1? I just disagree that success is what motivates her to make music. I think music is a passion for her. She was really excited about the original material, it was palpable.
I wouldn't call BIBO a flop. It did well considering the circumstances (all the singles flopped, Sparks wasn't sent to pop radio, 8 year abscence, lackluster promo.)
It even outdid HDD's initial predictions (basically everyone's predictions), went #1 on iTunes for nearly a week, top 5 on BB, etc. It might've done better in the following weeks if it was promoted, but frustratingly, it was only promoted for like 3 days.
I'm beyond annoyed and frustrated too. BIBO had so much potential, but we all waited 8 years for a new album, and like 5 years of her not doing ANYTHING mainstream. BIBO, Younger, performances, music videos, etc. were a huge improvement from then. That's kind of how I look at it or at least try to lol

Oh but sis, some users on here don't wanna see that this laziness and carelessness will affect her on the long term. Hilary Duff is on the verge of becoming so yesterday if she doesn't start taking challenging decisions again.
Younger is very good but it is what killed her musical comeback lbr, she was only focused on the album before that. Now she's all about Younger and like you said, she's not even the lead.
Things could be better because she has the power and potential.

YOU KNOW I love her and adore her, heck, you know I even call radio stations for them to play SPARKS, but this situation is bad, my aunt saw the BIBO CD in my car and she was like: "Hilary Duff is still a thing?" and it honestly BREAKS my heart because Hilary was my first real fave.

In my honest opinion, as much as I love and adore Luca, she had him way too young. They could have waited and it still would have been Luca...
Also I don't think the lack of BIBO promotion was ALL her fault, part yes but Andre and RCA had something to do with it. Also it's very telling that she removed him off instagram, a month after the release. It's unfortunateit was really only 3 days. But throughout the summer she still did little events here and there and went to the radio stations, so she was doing what she was given really. Also if I recall Andre admitted to the album not being handled well on Twitter.
All I know is that I have been told she is returning to the recording studio, before she returns to filming Younger in the summer. Idk if that will change but that's what I have been told. I still love BIBO so I'm okay if we don't get a new album for another year or two. As long as she's still in the studio I'm happy. Also let's not forget she said she was writing songs in between filming season 2.
Also I wonder how many albums she signed on to do in her contract, my guess is 3. Some people thought it was just one.

Well for one thing, she has made it a point to do more events this year and even attended NYFW for the first time in like half a decade. She went to three shows and took photos with each of the designers + gave them a shoutout to ensure that she has their support for future events. She is set to return to the studio in a few weeks/months and Younger is a big success for TV Land in Live + 3 Day viewing, with the third season set to return to filming in June. She is also booked for The Chew in about a week and a half, which produced one of her more entertaining guest appearances last year.
Lots of positive things tbh.
