Oooo. How exciting -- my first Warning Point Court Date in HQ.
Your honor, I present the post in question:

This is an edited post from an original post that can be noted in the same thread. The original post, like the majority of the posts within the thread, expressed amusement and joked about the ridiculousness of the situation the thread presented. Unfortunately, a few members decided to single out my original post and become "offended." Thus, hours later, I decided to be nice about the ordeal and edit the original post into a positive statement,
only if it had not been unnecessarily "already reported," which it
hadn't been, so the positive edit was made.
Later, not only was the newly edited post apparently reported, it was also warned with the moderator details reading: "Caught the edit." Now, jury, this is where ATRL legality comes into play. From what is understood, once a post is reported, a "snapshot" of the post, if you will, is taken. So, despite whether you edited your post
after it had already been reported, you will still receive a warning, because the original post has been recorded and sent.
However, if your post has not already been reported, and you edit your post, and
then your rectified edited post is reported and warned, this is, indeed, unjustified. Your honor, if my original post was reported and warned, I wouldn't have a case and we wouldn't be in this courtroom today, but the original post
was not reported and warned, the newly edited post was, and thus... *turns to the jury* deserves to be reversed.
