I dont understand how posting someone's pic is so serious. If you post it on the internet, EVERYONE has access to it. It's your fault for posting it if youre gonna be complaining about how it's used later.
I agree that there should be something in the rules and guidelines about posting photos. Somebody posted my personal photos (ones which I had not posted on ATRL but were in fact from my personal Facebook account) I reported it to a MOD, actually I think I personally PM'ed Lee!! at the time and told him about it, that member only received 3 WP's and not a 6 month ban (this happened about a year ago).
Well, that's just not fair. Last year, on June 19, 2012, Oshiish posted a picture & a YouTube video of Satellites and he got a six month ban.
