I've read a few pages of this thread and I refrained myself from adding my two cents but there is one thing that I truly found amusing in this thread and I wanted to say something regarding that.

You know you have truly lost the plot when you think a woman who is worth over 200+ million dollars, has access to the biggest security all over the world and is known as one of the MOST POWERFUL women in the world.....is scared of YOU.

There is no "backtracking" going on here. Gaga didn't say anything shady about Bey. As simple as that. Maybe her words were misinterpreted but it happens. So what? All she did in this tweet was clarify that she didn't say anything shady, when I'm sure people must've been asking her on twitter all day if she had shaded Bey, to which she just clarified that she didn't.

She dragged and generalized the music industry as a tabloid and co signed with her friend Beyonce being part of it but at the same time she tweeted a while ago that she was shooting for the media and at the same time welcomed Beyonce back as if Bey was gone and done forever, why would she welcome her "back" when Beyonce never left? What did she assume of Beyonce before she dropped her monumental album?

Now sis, I think you're reading a biT too much into this.

Everyone was anticipating Bey's return with that album & all Gaga did was tweet about being happy that Bey is back on the scene. And that's all there is to it.

All the celebs tweeted about Bey that day and a lot of them said...things along the lines of "Beyonce is back" etc. & so did Gaga.

I hope you don't actually think Gaga actually thought of Beyonce as a "has been" or something before BEYONCE dropped.

Even when Gaga came out with ARTPOP, people were calling it a "comeback" & saying that "Gaga is back etc."

It's not an insult.
