i'm just saddened by the entire era as a whole im starting to get over it though, I got my music, videos and a dvd I don't even really care at this point anymore lol
Not having a top 10 this era is pretty emberassing for Beyonce standards. Imo there isn't one #1 song on the album in this world of mainstream. Yes the album is still good but it isn't mainstream. Run The World is a complete mess but the rest of the album is okay.
"4" is just her My December. The only reason it's selling is because of her name.
Anticipation for this song started to grow once she began divulging the problems she had overcame the past year to various outlets. Upon its release and much to my personal dismay, it skyrocketed to the top of the iTunes chart resulting in a 176K opening in its first week, which is a huge accomplishment. However, after it's debut in the top 10...it fizzled; sales and radio-play declined. Not to mention it was JUST certified Gold, after months of being released. So basically, what happened with "Skyscraper"?
