Pendulum summon has been the only new Monster Kind that has been introduced in such an intelligent way; it actually has to do with the plot... in 5D's and Zexal they already had Synchros and XYZs and you couldn't stop wondering "when did they created those tho?". Now in ARC-V we're seeing how Pendulums were created and the people even called Yuya a CHEATER for that. I mean, FINALLY LOGIC IS BACK TO YU-GI-OH!. Obviously everyone was gonna call Yuya a cheater for pulling out Pendulums out of nowhere; "shining draws" and converting your cards into others and getting cards that you never had in your deck suddenly appear in your deck is nothing but ********; that's the only thing I didn't like about 5D's, how the "Savior Dragon" appeared in their decks out of nowhere. Then to make it worse Zexal made their duels to a new level of stupidness, having those "shinning draws" spamming the duels and filling the character's deck with Spell and Trap cards that were meant to only used once to counter other thing and never appeared again
sorry Judai, this also includes you with your 1 time shot support for the E-Heroes.
In other words ARC-V is doing and excellent work and of course it will receive lashes because is the one after Zexal and everyone will be hating cuz they think it's going in the same route; when in reality ARC-V is going in the 5D's route.
By the way, the Director of 5D's is also directing ARC-V; "oh so that's the reason we have a new form of dueling like Riding Duels, and that's why we get a badass female character like Aki, and that's why duels are back to have flawless scenes and editing".
So with this we can wait for a flawless Plot, which is totally getting super excited:
Yuya is a kid who has an inner darker side which is oppresing because he thinks laughing is the solution instead of crying... oh God, this guy is gonna have a meltdown and became worse than Judai's dark side, aka the Supreme King.
I cannot wait for the plot to reveal is the Dark Duelist is indeed Yuya's son, Yuya's split dark personality or Yuya's lost twin.
