YGOPro just updated and they just added the latest LV12 Ritual Monster: Herald of Glorious Light



Must be Ritual Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can Ritual Summon this card with "Oracle of the Herald". During either player's turn: You can send 1 Fairy-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard; activate one of these effects:
● When your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card or monster effect: Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it.
