It's just doubtful to me. Even if that "insider" info is false, it just doesn't feel like ARTPOP is going to end up being a 2013 release.

I have the feeling it will be a September-ish lead and November release. At this point I'm not sure why she wouldn't just take advantage of the VMAs/Black Friday. Regardless of the authenticity of the "insider", that's good timing to line up for promo for the single and sales for the album.
