Best thing about Born This Way was that it actually tackled and gave a voice to minoritized groups unlike all the other empowerment anthems of the time which just flitted around the edges and weren't audacious enough to put lyrics like that in a pop song

I'm genuinely content that she didn't go, sure it would've been a nice promotional spot, but I would rather her saving that Performance on the grammys when she has some noms and expected to win something ... not here for sad gaga audience cam with her sitting back while other artists gather their awards.

It really bugs me now actually.

Grammys could have been such a big chance to push for Gypsy.

Everyone would be excited about a crazy performance and then Gaga surprises everyone with a fantastic look and just piano.

Reminding everyone that behind the Aura there is this very talented girl. She always gets praise when she performs on the piano.

That performance would have made the others burn..

Oh well.

instead we'll get a full album with tony bennet, not that I'm complaining it's just, ugh.it'll be good for her to win the critics back though. I want her to be a bad ass diva and get it on with another diva in the business over a solid collab (DWUW ft Xtina doesn't count) and see the result so we can put out curiosity on what will be the outcome of such collaboration to rest.
