Looks like Russia could be out. They've apparently written a formal letter of complaint to the EBU about the juries having too much power.
Kirkorov suggested weighting them down to 25% for Russia to compete again.
Of course they're throwing a fit. They thought that sending a song straight out of 2008 and throwing everything but the kitchen sink at the performance would be enough to win. The juries did what they were brought in to do by voting it down. It's hardly as if it was political - Russia got a very good placing from the juries last year for a much better entry.
