Shall we start cherry picking awful Lady Gaga lyrics too?
Love is the new denim or black
Skeleton guns are wedding bells in the attic
Get ginger ready, climb in Camino front
Won't poke holes in the seats with my heels

I just want to be free, I just want to be me
And I want lots of friends that invite me to their parties

I don't care how she performs elsewhere, cause US single sales are the only thing that will be in-your-face , not how she performs in some obscure or random Euro country or how well her albums sell. This forum's discussion is clearly built around US success (Mediabase, iTunes thread) and she will continue to dominate those fields/pop radio.
The pop world is very fast paced. Take a break for a year and you risk being forgotten and your success will never be the same. Ke$ha took a break and now she's just getting adjusted again. "Die Young" wasn't a flop at all, and her sales will increase over time, I think.
She might be slowly fading but for y'all to act like she's at Christina's level is something else.
Christina's Lotus did far better worldwide than Warrior and actually hit #1 in some countries, 14 years into her career while Kesha is still relatively new.

How did Lotus do better? It sold 73k, Warrior is supposedly selling 80-85k...
Your Body was a huge flop and Die Young is still in the top 10 and they were released a week apart
