I don't think she'll do as many shows as she did for TMB.
That required a makeover and there's no way she's waiting until 2014 to release any new material, let alone re-designing the tour to accommodate the new stuff.
Besides Australia, MSG and The Staples Center, I don't think she's performing at the same venue for more than 5 nights.
She probably won't do 5 shows at MSG or Staples Center either. Neither of those venues will have the availability for five back to back shows in the winter months.

My point is that Gaga won't do 450 tour shows in total.
As for the announcement thing, I don't think there will be such a thing, I mean, she'll have a press conference in Singapore, but we all know what the possible topics are (Indonesia, etc) and I don't think she'll reveal anything shocking nor will start overhyping because it made her lose points in the BTW era. Releasing a new single in June would be rushing everything, just like she rushed the BTW era, and we all know how it ended up.

Well she's been working on the album for a while.. and there hasn't been a single released since October/November 2011. So, I don't think it's that early.

But she's in the middle of a tour which won't get to america until 2013, and she will be free in April 2013. There's no need to rush things up if it can be done well this time.
