I feel like I get where John is coming from and I don't think her was being shady. Duets seems to be more of a show that is going to showcase the vocals rather than the overall aspect of a performer. Britney is known for being a performer, not really much of a vocalist, and I am jus going to go out on a limb and say that John is not familar with Demi at all.
