I love Zayn but his face is too pretty. Harry is 2nd but can look haggard sometimes. The rest are boring. Louis looks like a vermin, Niall has a huge mouth/jaw area, and Liam is so basic lol. Besides Zayn/Harry, I wouldn't look twice if I saw them on the street.

and sales don't matter to radio, unless you're someone who is top 10 or something. But if you wanna get into this, "the other artist" sold 700k+ with a single with a music video and one ELLEN performance. No radio support whatsoever.
but w/e, no one said it's unsuccessful, but if they don't think it could become a radio hit, they won't play it until they see it's taking off.
That's because the other girl was fresh off the success from that movie and Disney still held some clout to younger fans. Almost the exact same situation as AYWR.
Now, they don't give a ****. That's why HTL and songs from other Disney artists don't sell much anymore.
