I agree. I LOVEEEEEE MJ to death but I would NEVER say that MJ performing in front of a band is better than Prince performing for himself or with a band he can play all instruments in.
Even though its known that MJ can write songs ALL BY HIMSELF, he can sing every part out to someone(musical instruments in a song), and has a great ear for music(more than just background vocals and harmonies). Thats just absurd and I like Bey more than I like Alicia.

I don't get why people hype up pop musicians' piano playing. Gaga's one of my faves and I never boasted her playing the piano.

csybeyking is right, Alicia's nothing special in comparison to other pianists. There are thousands amazing, extremely skilled pianists out there, average piano playing means nothing.

It aint bothering me. Im just asking how are you so sure to bring it up in a discussion about talent. N i have never stated that Bey wasnt talented so that point is moot. I actually give her props for her coming such a long way from where she was.
