Most videos are at 30 frames per second. If you want to speed it up, set it to 20 or 15. If you're skipping 1 frame, 15fps will be the "normal" speed.

All I ever see is the frame delay option, which is always set to .04.

I've always had issues with framerate on my gifs too. I usually set the frame delay to .00, but I have no idea what that actually does.

Edit: I should probably have looked two posts above this first.

I had that problem recently to. I converted it to a timeline line animation and then back to a frame animation and it magically started playin at the speed I set it to
