Talking about PS, how do you guys make those high quality gifs?
I mean, I upload a video and everything but when I click 'Save for web & devices' the quality goes down.
You have to play around a bit with diffusion.
Normally it says: "No Dither" but you have to change it do "Diffusion" and
then you can change that to like 100% and it will look much better.

But how do i get flawless frames when I use PS?
I used to live off of Prt Screens
You have to download the video (I use keepvid.com -> mp4 format)
Then you go on PS and click file > Import > video frames to layers.
And then you can just choose whatever part of the video you want and it
makes frames for you automatically
Edit: And you need to open Window > Timeline
