That's what I'd sort of figured out, except when I bought Primadonna on itunes it was tagged as "Marina & the Diamonds" even though all the album and single covers since Electra Heart started are Marina AND the Diamonds... And I think when I downloaded Homewrecker for free it was "and"...Why did she have to make it so confusing?

but yeah, the first CD i got was The Fame Monster for a christmas and then I pre-ordered The Family Jewels and got really annoyed when i found out my dad had listened to it when it came while i was in school.
