I can fill you in more specifically later, but here's something...
Basically all the presenters can announce the songs as they wish, but here's an example how it's done well before.
For instance, look through
this rate. I think it was handled very well, sans the few delays.
All you get from me, are the placings/ranks, the averages and the members with the highest and lowest scores. It's desirable that you add something personal etc. to it, too. And as you have only 10 songs to present, I think it would be better to present them individually, but you can always announce 2 at once etc., if you feel like you don't have enough time otherwise.
This is a rate, not a struggling artist's debut album.
