Trust me, I am not a vegetarian. I eat meat.
But I just... I cannot eat anything that I've seen alive. And I actually do not eat pork and fish or any seafood. Chicken is too hard to give up, but if I were to see a live chicken, I would not be able to eat it afterwards.
My food doesn't come from real live animals with faces. It's put on this earth like that, cut and wrapped in plastic.
If I focus on the fact that meat comes from animals I'd turn vegan.
I have actually killed my food. When I visited my Grandma in Mexico,I helped her kill a chicken. You grab it by the neck and swing it around to snap its neck. Then you put it in a tub of boiling water to plug the feathers easier. then you just take out the intestines and you have a perfectly good chicken.
