Cause I went on urban dictionary and it said that a flipper is basically a hoe... but it kinda doesn't make any sence

I did at first but then I went on urban dictionary and it said that a flipper was a hoe... and another word for ***** so I thought that maybe she was being dirty... cause most songs have double meanings to em if you look hard enough
