I've seen it happen soo many times! There's this one gurl who's had her iPhone replaced 6 times, and the one she's using right now has a completely cracked screen. I couldn't deal with an iPhone since I drop my phone at least once a day, and I could NOT manage getting my phone constantly replaced.
