I'm sorry but no. The majority of the hooks are just stutters repeated to the nth degree. To say it's better written than songs like You And I, The Edge of Glory, The Queen, Electric Chapel, Bloody Mary etc. is laughable.

She did it in Marry The Night as well though and in Hair so i'm pretty sure it's just Gaga. It's one of her signatures to have a stutter hook, tbh I love it, some are just now getting tired of it.
