 Album quality:
Rated R > Talk That Talk > Good Girl Gone Bad > Loud > A Girl Like Me > Music of the Sun
Album eras:
Good Girl Gone Bad > Loud > Rated R > A Girl Like Me > Talk That Talk = Music of the Sun

This era sucks.    |

This era sucks. | Talk That Talk is not even close to the quality of Good Girl Gone Bad.
I agree with the second part, though.  |

 | It went top 20 in a couple other European countries, as well. The best part is that most of the countries that didn't pick up CKB picked up MD instead, save for, well, the US.    |

I agree with the second part, though. | Lies. Talk That Talk is far better than Good Girl Gone Bad. The only things I prefer about GGGB are that it sounds less rushed and that it has more lyrical variety.    |

Even Loud is better than TTT.  |

The only song I truly dislike is SUAD, I know Say It, Lemme Get That & Sell Me Candy are also considered fillers by a good amount of the Navy but I totally disagree with that. I can't imagine the album without them, they add a fun, summer flavour to the album which reminds me of MOTS & AGLM    |

And Loud is her worst post-AGLM album to date. TTT far exceeds it.    |

TTT may be slightly more rushed and lacks some lyrics but its far more cohesive and actually has some sort of theme, Loud is a nice album but it gender hops too much to put a finger on what the theme of the album actually is. Loud just feels like a collection of experimental songs.  |

It's a great album and it will always hold a special place in my heart. It has been almost 5 years since it was released, though, and with time comes the test of longevity, which not all songs on GGGB have passed in comparison to TTT and RR.
Who knows how TTT will hold up over time, though? I used to vastly prefer Loud to GGGB, but as time has gone on, I've come to realize how much stronger of an album that the latter is.    |

At least Loud had a defining image and even though many of the songs are different, they all connect to the theme of loudness. I like TTT and at first I liked it better than Loud but it faded quickly. I feel like TTT is a bland era and many of the songs don't take risks because the album feels like "best of Rihanna" for me, sans We Found Love and Drunk On Love.  |

Which albums do you guys still listen to regularly - in start to finish? I only listen to a select few tracks from MOTS, AGLM, and Loud, and while I do listen to GGGB from start to finish frequently, I don't as often as I do RR and TTT.    |

After 5 years I can still listen to it through out and it still sounds fresh to me everytime. It's only been 4 months since TTT was released and i'm already kinda bored of it which is sad because I really loved it when it came out. I'm not saying that I dislike the album now, it's still in my top 3 but it didn't have the longevity I was hoping for.  |

Most frequently GGGB and Loud. I do think Rated R is her best, however.  |
