Because Marry The Night flopped. That's it really, it's the thing haters cling to desperately completely ignoring the fact her tour is smashing Asia and Australia, something other popstars at their peak can't do
I'm not asking why one was a hit and the other wasn't. I'm trying to figure out why the monsters are using peak positions to determine "Judas"'s hit status. I just used "Motivation" as an example of a song that peaked lower but garnered more sales, airplay and longevity.
Adele's Album and singles is the only thing you could spit
tbqh
Adele's not a touring artist. There's no point trying to drag her for it, it's a proven fact.
Besides, the woman hasn't even attempted to tour, so what's your point?

That Gaga is a multi talented artist (single,Tour,Album,Influence,Cultural)
i'll end this conversation because i may derail this thread
And what do you have? "You only brag with albums and singles and Grammys..." What else matters? Who drew more attention on red carpet? Who has more followers or likes on facebook? Who fell on the floor at airport? bye.

Not Myself Tonight - US BBHOT 100 peak: 22
According to RCA, the song sold 450,000 copies in the US to date
No offense to anyone, but I think the general public just wasn't feeling BTW as much as her previous efforts and are sort of burned-out on the over-the-top fashions, on-stage histotronics etc. and are sort of wondering how GaGa will fit into a musical landscape that seems to be shifting to something more serious and vocal-based.
Fashion-wise she's really not doing anything too different than artists that came before her, like Christina Aguilera, but the main difference is that Christina didn't do the bizarre fashions to the degree that GaGa did. She kind of went through too many different looks too fast and now it's nothing that exciting.
because BTW didn't match the hype
promo waz amazing and she was everywhere during all era and singles releases and it went on sale just 6 million copies
the fact that interscope is lying about sales and 0.99 deal they let Amazon to do show that label is far from being satisfied with those sales shows it all
I think her next album will tell if she's fadding or not. The tour can't tell, the BTW number can't tell and especially Twitter followers can't tell. The next era will be defining.
