Because the random is in the background.. lots of people are in the background (hard to notice, I know, lol). They did A LOT of transitioning from background to katy and blah blah.. that was just one. It's not Katy at that point.
The video from paris and the paps... OMG @ her eyes after that hair flip!!!!!! LOL (or one of those videos from that time, lol)
