it doesnt matter if she retires at #1 or not...the point is SHe has to RETIRE.....it doesnt make any difference even if she retires at #9 or #10....but she shd retire in the Top 5...hehe...

With 'Pon de Replay' being immediatley replaced with a sucky video I think its time for a retirment. Plus SMITH Cassie, Jessica, and Ashlee will not be hurting her chance at #1. Jessica will probably be at #6 or #5 by Rihanna's retirement. Ashlee will easily lose votes for Rihanna and Cassie is already failing to return to the top. Xtina and Bee will be the ones she has to fight, Aly & AJ slightly but not by much.
