RMO, to me, has a spring single feel. WHYB is more summery to me.
If she doesn't release RMO, she'll probably start promo for TTT, then go straight into WHYB, a ballad and then DYT.
I'm not arguing the first point, but WHYB is ready to smash.
Waiting too long would decrease its potential.

Since when are you an expert on DYT's charting skills post-ballad? Cheers did okay for coming after CKB, and that track was no good.
