Her vocal is so overrated because she has the background of Katy, Rihanna, Britney, and so forth to compare to whereas Whitney, Mariah, Celine, Anita, and the other girls were constant pitted against each other.
Trust, if Beyoncé were a star in the late 80s and mid 90s coinciding with the peak of the vocal juggernauts, no one would pay her any attention.
I actually agree with this last part. I don't think Bey could go toe to toe with any of the 90's trinity in their prime. She would not be seen as a major threat if she was around back then.

I don't know WHY Celine is being mentioned. Bey can do ANYTHING Celine can. Celine would struggle trying to sing Bey's songs.
