As much as i love coldplay, MX shouldn't be nominated for AOTY and it won't probably be either.
I seriously hope WFL makes it to the ROTY. I think it has potential which wasn't so visible when this year's NODS came in though.

Coldplay doesn't deserve to win anything for their album. it is ****. Hopefully Fun. has a good mainstream debut. Some Nights can maybe walk away with Best Alternative Album and Pop Group.

Does Florence submits as a solo artist or as a group? I think if she had done group submissions her chances of winning a Grammy may be easier. But thats just my thoughts. She deserves a Grammy for "Shake It Out". I would even pioneer for it to be Record of the Year.

Faith, Tim and Shania should have new stuff this year. Probably Keith too. Country will be stacked high with classic artists coming back.

But Captain, good call again. Someone I Used to Know is TOTALLY getting Song/Record nominations. Gotye will probably make it into BNA. All he needs is one hit; that's what got James Blunt and Corinne Bailey-Rae (and, let's be honest - Amy, Duffy and Adele) BNA nods at the time of their nomination.

I agree on these 3. And I can also see Gotye in Record/Song of the Year along with Music Video. The video is one of the best Ive seen in a while. So creative.

But.. I fear for the Rap categories this year. Its just gonna be a Drake sweep. Although hopefully J Cole releases his album in the eligibility period. No Kanye, No Jay, no Eminem. With that performance I don't think Nicki seeing a nomination come December.

I don't really see it for any of them, even though I love them all. Unless one of them somehow pulls a "classic artist" nomination like George Strait did this year.

I'm not sure Tim's material will even be submitted, given the legal battles surrounding the album.

I think Miranda Lambert's "Four The Record" will be eligible. Either Carrie or Miranda for the win.

Drake would have to keep his momentum throughout the year to sweep because the strongest rap contenders tend to come out right before submissions are due.
