Well, for Roman Holiday, yeah, but for Starships, they never changed the day. They always had it planned out to release on Tuesday. For some reason, people (like me) assumed it would premiere/release on Monday

We Found Love was premiered that way too, it was released in the UK first (Radio 1) and then played in the US, it was avaliable at the afternoon that day.
