Barbara Streisand was nominated for Album of the Year in 1964, 1965, 1966, and 1967. She won in 1964 and lost the next three years, so technically the answer to your question is no. But Streisand did win in 1964, which Gaga hasn't done yet so that makes it different. The Beatles also were nominated five years in a row but won once (the third time in 1968).

Well it's for sure we'll get new music before September 30th then

We all know Gaga loves her records and getting that 4th nomination in a row with the award itself is not exception.

Tbqh it was the worst Grammys ever, not only because there was no Gaga or Beyonce, but because it felt like i was watching the people's choice awards, super mediocre, appart from Whitney's tribute from Jen everything sucked, including the extremely overrated boring ass performance of Adele.

I saw so many angry tweets because she lost and a lot of Gaga fans making jokes about Adele.
It was her night, not Gaga's. What's the problem?
She had an amazing year and she deserved all these recognitions like our girl did in the past.
Even if she lost it's not the end of the world as well as she's not the only singer able to put her emotions in her lyrics or in an album.
