UK vocal group One Direction makes a striking jump straight into the top 10 on Billboard's Social 50 chart, rising 35-10 thanks to the Jan. 13 debut of its music video for "One Thing." The clip racked up more than 5 million views in its first five days of release, helping secure the group its first placing on any Billboard chart.
After just over a month, it finished the year as the U.K.'s 16th-biggest selling album with 468,000 sold by the close of 2011. The set has spawned a pair of top five singles too: "What Makes You Beautiful" hit No. 1 while "Gotta Be You" reached No. 3.
The Social 50 chart's rankings are determined by activity monitored on YouTube, Vevo, Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and iLike, using a formula that blends weekly additions of friends/fans/followers along with weekly artist page views and weekly song plays.
During the tracking week that ended on Sunday, Jan. 15, One Direction posted a 78% gain in Vevo plays, a staggering 318% increase in YouTube views and a 55% jump in Facebook fans.

Snubbing Niall's verse with that bus and guitar scene or whatever.

One Thing IS the worst one, but it doesn't mean it's bad, i mean, nothing compares to flawlessness of WMYB and GBY

If a miracle were to happen and it is chosen to be a single, it would perform better than GBY.
But, it will forever be remembered as an album gem.

YASS! Finally someone to back me up! I'm always getting hate for stanning GBY 
Also, a lot of the comments under the GBY video on VEVO are about Liam's hair. It's mostly praise though
I'm honestly not here for that video. It's not that interesting to me. But the song makes up for it
Not to get all technical and stuff. But i really like the cinematography in it.
