Exactly! I mean i'm sure she will eventually sell less than 6 million world wide when she goes further down in her career when someone else is the new WW star. However as you have said, no one is gonna sit there and discredit the success of BTW because of 2 unsuccessful singles. That doesn't make sense. It's actually kind of demeaning to her really since most of her peers wish they could have those kinds of album sales.
Not really. Sure she's had an amazing year but no one really talks about her like that outside of ATRL/forums that really view sales. They mention her but she's never really highlighted or in the spotlight.

Exactly. People still wanted to buy it. I wouldn't buy an album that I didn't want even if it was on sale for $2.00. The discount just gives them extra motivation to buy it.

We aren't satisfied. As far as the general public are concerned, BTW was her most successful single to date in the US, because it spent 6 weeks at #1. They don't know what PF sold almost double its numbers, they just know what they are told. They knew that BTW debuted at #1 with 1M+ sales, but they don't know that it hasn't yet managed to double that number.
