Why didn't ABC give Rihanna or Katy their own special?
Why aren't countries like Australia, Taiwan, Japan, asking Katy or Rihanna to come and perform at huge events for them?
Why aren't people buying Katy or Rihanna's albums?
No matter how you spin it, no one comes close to Gaga and that is a fact. The radios, even though they haven't been playing her, know it, the TV networks know it, countries know it. The massive promo tour Gaga went on in 2011 was not because she was bored, it was because she was in demand. Even without #1 singles, people want her for ratings. People want to use her to make money. Where are the others? Nowhere. Gaga is the go-to girl because they know she's the biggest.
It's sad how many of you so-called "fans" seem to think that video views and singles mean anything. Do you not see how wrong you are? Are you not paying attention to what Gaga's been doing and the demand? Open your eyes and stop being blinded by such ignorance and delusion. Gaga's success should teach you that it takes more than a successful song to become a superstar. Rihanna is famous and a popstar, Katy is famous and a popstar, Adele is famous and a popstar, Gaga is a cultural pop icon. That is the difference.
