idk why she had to run and jump out the window like that ...i mean even if she stumbled she didn't have to fling her entire body into the glass window.

No.

Her eye gets zapped, but there's barely any blood. There is a bit more when she takes off the thing that holds her eye open, and she gets her hand burned by the industrial laser (Which would never get used for an eye surgery, because no one would use a laser that can go to 10 wM unless they're planning on slicing metal to pieces), and then she falls out a window.
