She's been talking about him in SEVERAL interviews since then so let's not. Ok well I guess I see your point of view, you think she was responsible for what happened to her. I won't even address the ignorance. And acknowledging what happened to her isn't being weak! Women go back to their abusers everyday because they WON'T acknowledge what happened. And if the general public was over it, they the media wouldn't feel the need to continue harping on it. I would hardly call Rihanna acknowledging that the incident will follow her (which is common sense) as her dwelling on it.

I said she tried to. The incident is over and done with, she even went right back to Chris and still wanted to see him. She didn't want a restraining order put in place but the judge had the final say so. We see no need for her to discuss Chris as much as she does. Don't say you want to move on then keep talking about it.

This attitude that she should shut up about it now, really disgusts me. she doesn't have to do ANYTHING. she is within her rights to speak on it if and when she wants to. She barely said anything here and people are making a fuss.

Again she is NOT talking about the incident in detail! Why should she shy away from acknowledging something that will always be apart of her life? She's not the reason for the incident so she shouldn't be ashamed to acknowledge it. It's not. I think it's disgusting what Chris did. I don't think any man should put his hands on a woman like that. But some women are just as violent and beat on their boyfriends and expect to not get hit back just because they're a female. I do believe she's hit him several times before. She even said she SLAPPED him in a hotel and all he did was pin her against the wall to calm her down. Close friends of Chris dragged her via twitter after the 20/20 interview because she lied. They said there were times when she would hit and throw shoes at him. She has a temper as well. This is the same girl who hit her own brother in the head with a glass bottle then brought it up in a interview like she was proud of it.

She has mentioned him only after she was asked! I know some people would like her to keep quite but there is NOTHING wrong with her acknowledging what is a fact of her life
