Its a song recorded in one take that was deemed 'not good enough' to be on Born This Way... Its not like its going to be a masterpiece or something. Its a Gift, be happy that we're getting some new Gaga after 7 months.
If it's good, people will say it should have been on BTW and she doesn't understand her own music.
