This video is not about some story like it was with WFL...this is a stylish video that perfectly sums up the TTT era style. Just like RS101 but this is miles better because it is not completely dark (Black and White) and it is more interesting and free.

I love how the tabloid/newspaper theme of the era was used throughout the video, and how Rihanna is just having fun. No dramatic storyline, just Rihanna, her cooch, and a walking stick. I like the RS101 video more, but you're right, they share the same purpose of summing up the era visually, and they both do a good job.
