6th Single = Scheiße (we already know it's the next single)
7th Single = Americano (it's summer, so why not)
8th Single = Government Hooker (agree with it or not, we all know she won't let the chance of getting nude in middle of a presidential campaign just for publicity)
9th Single = Hair (I believe it's a good choice: a power ballad, catchy enough, will caught the attention of teenagers, and of the old ones too because there's some Clarence in it, and it would sound alright for fall/winter)

And I said 9 singles, and please see it in that perspective. Let's suppose that Interscope still agrees with releasing 9 singles as Gaga said they would.

Just imagine a singer like Ke$ha or Katy Perry releasing an album with the same direction: they will flop even harder. Gaga was lucky because she had a solid fan base and two very commercially successful previous eras. Do you think people will like the new dark and serious image or that they will just find another pop girl able to give them catchy, pop songs? The second, of course.
For example, Rihanna underperformed with Rated R even if was radio friendly and not a huge risk. As soon as she gave the public Rude Boy...bam, four weeks at #1.

As much as I adore BTW and everything about it, commercially it isn't where she needs to be, I think she should tie the era up by Summer and announce the next era next Fall, new album by Spring 2013.
