No it sold well more than that. Media traffic only counts sales when its in the top 40. It was still selling when it left. Seeing how the sales were split up between two songs.

For anyone that says TD had low sells. Teenage Dream came out when album sales were very low. In fact, it had the highest first week sales in the previous 7 weeks and most of the #1s that came after it.
