Write? No, don't think so. Gaga writes on her own and then her producers can make some retouchings, or not. But she wouldn't hire someone just to write for her.

Sia bores me. I haven't been able to get into one of her albums. I wasn't shading Christina there, I was just saying if only one artist accepts your work maybe the songs she's making aren't great.

Producers can be extremely versatile, so just because she's working with Fernando again doesn't mean it'll be another BTW. Plus, GaGa is in complete control over everything she does and that includes production. The producers basically will do what GaGa wants. So if the next album is another BTW it's because GaGa wanted it that way.
