False, as usual. MTN has only been promoted a few times and on shows with low ratings in the US. Plus, more than 2 million Americans have it already - as oppossed to YDO, which is struggling despite being a second single and Def Jam's payola.

I was just wondering why YDO wasn't taking off on it's core format (Urban), considering it was supposed to be the WMN? of the era.

YDO was meant for Top 40 radio since they arranged the payola for Pop only. Perhaps that deal has hurt the song in the long run too. I don't think Urban stations have much interest in the song.
It's gonna happen at the perfect time too when the video effect and promotional performances are gonna be stacked together at the perfect time. Plus, I am YET to Request the song (mostly because I hated it at first and wanted her to scrap it for TTT) but now, I love it and therefore, it WILL SLAY.

Her Urban fanbase have always given her albums a huge boost in the long run, so i'm a bit worried about the album's longevity.
Yeah, the radio deal was pretty pointless too, since the rolling effect afterwards basically took the song all the way back to square one.
