Well that depends, actually. Sales are depressed - apparently this week the #1 was the lowest seller since Single Ladies post-Xmas. So like someone said over in the H100 thread: "The lower the sales are the more important is airplay for the Hot 100. And we know who is the number one on mediabase." We Are Young may have a bigger lead just because the other songs are selling less than hot singles usually do, so it may not necessarily outsell the Adele mashup.
And the reason the Jacksons Glee covered are not doing good is because they were featured on Glee volumm 7. If not i think ABC and Man in the mirror can hit top 10 too.
