But I wouldn't say that I see such a level of obsession here on ATRL.
I mean, the Born This Way thread is full of negativity 24 hours a day.

Some monsters really need help. It's like why do you call someone your "mother" when you don't even know personally this person & that is like just 5 years older than you?
This is not exclusively for monsters though. This mr king fatale dude on twitter that has gone to almost every show of the FFT & he keeps buying M&G is scary.

The funny part is that this seems like an uncommon thing w Gaga fans? Hence the massive amount of attention it's getting. Stuff like this happens weekly in much smaller stanbases. Kids today.

I'm not saying you did, but as Belle said you're just generalizing the fanbase. I won't be a hypocrite, because I do want to meet her. But I would NEVER go the lengths of some of her fans. I also wouldn't flaunt it like some of these kids do.

I've personally witness how crazy her fans can get while waiting for her after promo/shows, and it's even more insane in person. I met her at the Terry Richardson book signing, and that was the perfect setting to speak with her without the crazies. The NYC fans in general are not as bad as the LA fans, but regardless there are always these insane stalkers out there and one time I was genuinely scared for Gaga's safety. She cares about her fans more than any other pop star, but I'd rather her not risk her safety any longer as long as the Katies of the world exist.

And this is why at the end of the day, I love GaGa as an artist, I stan for her, I know a lot about her musical background/artistic inspirations but...I'm not a little monster. I don't care about what she's doing all the time enough I guess.
