Yeah, she did a good job getting past that gross 2nd week drop that kills pretty much everyone minus the dreadful Holiday albums that always kill.
Taylor debuted with a million, so her drop is great actually. The others indicate that 70% is normal on BF so you're right about that, but it's still not good for Rihanna because her debut was less than all those albums you mentioned.
Happy to see a 20% debut increase WW compared to Loud. Wonder if we can get similar results in terms of longevity. They're two very different albums, but I'm wondering if that would be good or bad for sales. We'll just have to see...
I don't think TTT will sell nearly as much as Loud when all's said and done
Edit: Well, nevermind. She has a lot of single prospects this time around, so she could pull a Teenage Dream and sell consistently with the help of her singles.
